Christina has over 13 years of experience working with large and complex organizations across Canada within the executive compensation practice of a multi-service professional services firm. She has a specific expertise within the energy sector and, through her CFA designation, supports clients on complex financial and incentive plan analytics. In her role, she directly supported Human Resources Committees on a variety of challenging executive compensation situations, including pay-for-performance disconnects, CEO transitions and mergers & acquisitions.

Christina has 13 years of experience providing a broad perspective on how companies design effective executive compensation programs to meet their specific needs. She is well-versed in financial and cost modeling, scenario analysis and project management. Christina consults to a broad range of clients in the natural resources industry including oil & gas, chemicals, energy and mining.

Christina provides comprehensive support to human resources committees and senior management in a variety of executive and broad-based employee compensation matters, including:
- Annual, energy marketing and trading and long-term incentive (equity) plan design and/or redesign including valuation, performance measurement and calibration;
- Pay-for-performance analytics to ensure alignment between executive and shareholder interests;
- Tailoring solutions for clients preparing for or responding to the impact of significant mergers or acquisitions on their compensation programs (pre-announcement through to post merger); and
- Supporting organizations improve proxy circular disclosure to effectively describe compensation decisions to shareholders and proxy advisors
Education
Christina holds a Bachelors of Commerce with Honours degree from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
